Covid-19 : Safety measures in our clinic.

COVID-19 Update 30/03/2020
Following from the more severe restrictions put in place at the weekend, we are permitted to stay open as an essential service, but only for urgent, emergency or very unwell patients. We have put the following protocols in place as of Monday, 30/03/2020
1-No public are allowed to enter the practice building and all non-urgent procedures and treatments have been postponed for the time being (neuterings, vaccinations, etc)
If you feel your pet requires veterinary attention you must phone the clinic first – we will triage your pet over the phone and if possible or appropriate we may recommend treatment over the phone
2-If your pet does need to come to the clinic, then please phone us on arrival and a team member will collect your pet from outside. Following examination, the vet will liaise with you over the phone re treatment plan before returning your pet to you
3-We have set up a very simplified system to order food and medication from our website ( – we urge you to use this
4-When collecting food or medication, this will be giving to you outside the premises – please endeavour to maintain social distancing with our staff at this point too
5-All fees will be taken over the phone by card (we have ceased to handle cash)
Remember, if your pet is very unwell, badly injured or has an emergency, we will be there for you.
